This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by minejl ("minejl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform at minejl.org. minejl does not store full credit or debit card numbers. Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors, and minejl receives only a tokenised reference.

Where minejl engages service providers whose data processing infrastructure is located outside the Philippines, such transfers will only occur where minejl has implemented appropriate safeguards in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to apply an equivalent level of data protection. minejl will not transfer personal data to jurisdictions without adequate legal frameworks for data protection without implementing appropriate protective measures.

10. Data Retention

minejl retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for the duration of the account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• Communications data: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication, unless retention is required for an ongoing dispute or regulatory matter.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for thirteen (13) months on a rolling basis, then deleted or anonymised.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with an individual.

11. Security of Your Personal Data

minejl implements a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or disclosure. These include:

If minejl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and the personal data will be deleted except where retention is required by applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised with each update.
