1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and minejl ("minejl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at minejl.org and its associated sub-domains and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the minejl Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the minejl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the minejl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in gambling activities in the Philippines as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). minejl strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of minejl, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or closed by minejl for any violation of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money features of the minejl Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) minejl account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include a Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or PRC ID. KYC documents must be valid and the information must match your registration details exactly.
• minejl reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Material changes (such as a change in mobile number) must be reported to minejl support promptly.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your minejl login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your minejl account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify minejl support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

minejl will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such loss is directly caused by a breach of minejl's own security obligations.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the minejl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency assets.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. minejl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. Withdrawals submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed in a pending queue.
• minejl targets processing times of 5–30 minutes for GCash and e-wallet withdrawals during operational hours, and up to 2 business days for bank transfers. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a valid minejl account may be returned to the originating payment method. The player is responsible for providing correct account reference information.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All wagers placed on the minejl Platform are final once confirmed. The following rules apply to game conduct:

• Players must have sufficient cleared balance in their minejl account to cover the full value of any wager at the time of placement. Wagers placed with insufficient balance will be rejected.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a valid outcome from being determined, minejl reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account.
• For live casino games, the outcome as determined by the physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) shall be the final result. In the event of a discrepancy between the live dealer's announced result and the on-screen display, the physical result shall prevail.
• For RNG-based games, the certified random number generator output at the conclusion of each game round constitutes the final and binding result.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

minejl may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, free bet credits, reload bonuses, or other promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all minejl promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• minejl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn prior to a player meeting its requirements, any qualifying portion of the player's real-money balance shall be unaffected.
• Any attempt to manipulate bonus systems, exploit game mechanics to achieve risk-free wagering, or otherwise abuse the spirit of any promotion will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

minejl is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings page at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Players may set loss limits, session duration limits, and single-session stake limits.
• Players may request a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, the player's account will be restricted from accepting new deposits and wagers.
• Players may activate voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed prior to the expiry of the chosen period. During self-exclusion, the player will be unable to access their minejl account.
• minejl will not market to players who are on self-exclusion lists.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the minejl Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place or manage wagers.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any financial crime.
• Providing false personal information, including false age or identity details.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
• Any conduct intended to defraud minejl or other platform users.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the minejl Platform, including but not limited to the minejl brand name, logo, game content, software, text, graphics, and user interface design, is the proprietary intellectual property of minejl or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from minejl.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, minejl shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the minejl Platform.

minejl's total aggregate liability to any player arising from any claim connected with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

minejl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

minejl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the minejl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. minejl complies with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

13. Amendments to These Terms

minejl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to active players via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the minejl Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines, including PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
